What is Knowledge?
Knowledge is the organisation of information in a manner that provides insight into a process or activity.

What is Knowledge Management (KM)?
The process of identifying or creating, and applying knowledge to enhance organisational performance, is called Knowledge Management.
(Bassi, 1997; Lank, 1997)
